Testimonials
GRAND! Just Grand!
Mary and Carmel are the best ambassadors of Irish hospitality that we have found yet. They love what they do and make a fine balance between the art and science and history of this Irish tradition. Learning to mix and bake is just a part of your experience. Sharing the scones and bread and Irish Coffee (!!! A real treat ) and conversation was the most memorable. Sure the fairies were in attendance as well!
Wonderful
We learned so much interesting and exciting things about bread, culture and customs in two hours. The two women have shown us so much with their cheerful, open-minded manner and we have baked such fine bread and scones. So wonderful!!
Loved This Session
A great experience, Thoroughly enjoyed the morning and loved the 4 different things we made, scones, soda bread, home-made butter and an Irish coffee. Great value for money. Mary and Carmel were delightful, highly recommend.
Absolute Delight
What an absolute delight of an experience! Carmel and Mary are lovely and will share wonderful stories and Irish history. The Irish coffees were the best we’ve had! Highly recommend!
